At Sirius Digital LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains our money-back guarantee and how to request a refund. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase, with no complicated process.

1. Our guarantee

Every eligible product purchased directly from us is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If within 30 days of your purchase you decide the product is not right for you, contact us and we will issue a refund of the amount you paid.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@llcsiriusdigital.com from the email address you used at checkout, and include your order details or the name of the product. Many of our products also include a refund option directly inside the members' area or application. That is all we need — you do not have to explain yourself.

3. Processing and timing

Once your refund is approved, we process it to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement. We will confirm by email once the refund has been issued.

4. Nature of digital products

Our products are digital goods delivered electronically, with immediate access after purchase. Our 30-day guarantee applies regardless of whether you have accessed the product, subject to the fair-use conditions below.

5. Exceptions and abuse

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that are made outside the 30-day window, that relate to products not purchased directly from us, or where we detect fraud or abuse of this policy (for example, repeated purchase-and-refund activity or clear misuse of the guarantee). These measures exist to protect our customers and our business, not to make legitimate refunds difficult.

6. Chargebacks

If you have any issue with your purchase, please contact us first — we will always work with you to make it right, and a refund under this policy is the fastest way to resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us can delay the resolution and may result in the suspension of related access while the dispute is reviewed.
